Trainee Bench Fitter/Wire Rope Press Operator
Due to an uplift in business, European Management & Marine Corporation, a leading provider of lifting and marine mooring equipment is seeking an enthusiastic person with a keen interest to learn and dedication to become a loyal part of the Team.
Job Purpose –
- To refurbish, inspect and conduct thorough examinations of lifting machines and lifting accessories including proof load tests.
- To manufacture, inspect and conduct thorough examinations of lifting accessories
Key Accountabilities
- Refurbish lifting machines and lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
- Inspect lifting machines and lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
- Conduct statutory thorough examinations of lifting machines and lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
- Accurate completion of paperwork/stock sheets.
- Operate equipment as per training and works instructions.
- Manufacture lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
- Inspect lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
- Conduct statutory thorough examinations lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
- Accurate completion of paperwork/stock sheets.
- Operate equipment as per training and works instructions.
- Maintain a suitable level of housekeeping.
- Out of hours working may be required to cover the needs of the business.
- Any other relevant duties as directed by line management.

QHSE Responsibilities

- Report all accidents & incidents immediately.
- Adhere to and enforce the PPE Policy.
